My Coaching Journey:
I spent 13 years of my life volunteering in various recreational leagues my kids participated in. Recognizing the drop gap in experience managing team dynamics, I saw the need to be involved in volunteering in our community to bring sports IQ, collaboration and interpersonal skills to the youth. Having been an avid sports fan my entire life, I dedicated myself to each craft I coached, each season being different, putting in the work of studying and coaching Fundamentals, Film Study, Rulebooks, Play-calling and Player Management. I focused my attention keying in on the areas of coaching that are often overlooked, including but not limited to Identifying individuals’ motivations, engaging with athletes 1-o-1 to address mental hurdles, limitations, likes, wants, and the position(s) that each individual fit to hold purpose between the lines. Special Needs, OCD, HAD, ADHD, misfits and new athletes thrived under my tutelage. Each of the teams I was a part of experienced growth and success, no matter the sport. Psychological Conditioning bleeds directly into the T.E.A.M. Mantra: Together Everyone Achieves More. Being a part of something, rather than an outlier, brings fulfillment to the experience. I hope to contribute my expertise in Mental Conditioning when called upon to anyone/all who need it.
My Spiritual Journey (leading up to this moment):
Raised Catholic (6/7 Sacraments; no Holy Order). Follower of Christ. Messenger of The Law of One.
I have used utilized and studied The Monroe Institutes Gateway Program and leveraged Hemispheric Synchronization to activate higher brain function.
I’ve identified my purpose, resolved past trauma, done and continue to do the “Shadow Work”, initiated myself into Law of One, acknowledging Christ’s life and teachings, Service To Others, as the KEY to interpret life as we shall come to know it, how we should be living it, and an Eternal Spiritual Life; including ascension to the One(ness), not of this earth(ly material). I’ve exercised forgiveness where it was necessary, looked in the mirror to acknowledge my reflection. For instance: I now know that #JesusTaughtTheLawOfOne!

I’ve studied &/or practiced with the Body’s energy centers (Chakra) and Reiki (basics),The Egyptian Tarot (22 Major Arcana), Mind,Body,Spirit Complex Enlightenment, Zodiac, Meditation, Yoga, Kundalini Rising, Karezza, Sound Bathing, Solfeggio Frequencies, Karma, Manifestation and Oneness, all after reading/using The Gateway Process to better understand our (my) “Meaning of Life” (3rd eye activation; pineal gland decalcification).
I’ve evaluated Secret Societies and their Polarities, Ancient Civilizations and their origins. I’ve never felt so connected with Other Self, and the Universe, at large.
I have dedicated myself to ingestion of the topics outlined above…and like a sponge, I’ve soaked it ALL in, relatively speaking, to no longer be ignorant of them, but Learn-Ed of and from them.
